i stumbled across a post on slorker.com stating that Sao Paulo has put a ban on all outdoor advertising. i am really questioning if this is true or not but you can find the full post and more pics here.  obviously a lot of outdoor advertising is annoying and could seem ugly but i think it must look better than rusty empty metal sign skeletons?
